![]() ![]() An email was sent to them on 11/23/20 with no response. That was when we were offered the removal of $600. This made no sense to us, which is why we then followed up with a phone call. We requested copies of our invoice to pay for the additional work that was done and received and email stating, they were hesitant to send it due to the face that we could only make two payments on our loan credit card. They have been very poor in their communication, and said they did not know how to respond at this point. This was after I had sent several emails with no response. Instead, they offered to remove $600 for the additional turf which was installed incorrectly. When I brought this issue to their attention, they explained that they had already made an attempt to fix the seems and were unable to correctly complete the work I had agreed to pay them to do. After agreeing to pay $7,000 for turf, installation, and warranty, I expected a much higher standard of work. The additional portion of turf was installed incorrectly, leaving a highly visible and unsightly seem. They were contracted back in April to complete my backyard, while doing so the turf was designed to a different standard than what my HOA required, without my consultation, and when I brought this to their attention, the subsequent installation was inadequate. I am disappointed with the work that has been done by MasterAZscapes, and the way that they have tried to remedy the situation. ![]()
